Dimitris is an experienced Litigator having handled successfully important and complicated cases in all instances of Greek Courts. He specializes in Family/Inheritance Law, a field which requires equally soft skills and strong legal background. He has extensive experience in negotiations, contract drafting and legal due diligence, as well as, in consulting and in litigation/settlement in Corporate/Commercial law. He has also developed a significant practice in amicable resolution/settlement procedures in all above areas.
In the field of Criminal Law, Dimitris combines his litigating skills with his legal expertise, regarding representation before investigative authorities and courts of all instances, successfully involved in White Collar Crime cases, as well as, various other Criminal Law cases.
Dimitris has built extensive experience in Real Estate Law, property acquisition contracts, negotiations, property management and operation.
He has handled litigation cases of Intellectual Property Law, and has good command of trademark and copyright Law and practice.
Dimitris is fluent in English, and has good comprehension skills in Italian. He is a member of the Athens Bar Association (1999), admitted before the Supreme Court and holds a law degree from the University of Athens (LL.B. 1997).
